7/5/2014 - Light wall work, new truck.

Today I had no helpers but decided I could install the new brackets for the front wall girts by myself. I made sure I measured well and used a 1/2 inch bit to drill holes rather than trying to burn them with a torch. Turns out one of the brackets was drilled at the factory a 1/4 inch too close to the column where the girt attaches. I used the plasma cutter to elongate the girt holes and everything fit nice.

I ran the tractor down to the new pad to check the hydraulic oil level (because the pad is level, the driveway isn't) and added a pint or so. Since it was down there I figured I could start using the garage to park the tractor.

I went to Walmart to get a new shower curtain liner and decided to see what the local Ford dealer had on the lot. He asked if I wanted new and I told him I was looking for a reasonably priced F-250. He just happened to have what I was looking for on the lot so I brought it home. The trade-in on my old truck wasn't worth much so I kept that, too.
