8/1/2014 - Final electrical, some sheetrock, driveway.
While waiting for the electrician and the driveway guys we decided to start putting up some more of the inside wall sheething. When we got around to the bathroom we decide to install insulation in the wall bays that didn't have any plumbing or electrical that needed to be inspected.
Brandon and I went over to Lowe's to pick-up some tools and the vanitity for the bathroom. We also got some supplies for repairs at the Lake House. While we were gone Leroy changed the size of the form around the septic transfer pump so I can lay a 4 x 8 sheet of steel over the opening. We had originally made the 'inside' dimension 4 x 8 which would have been too big.
We decided how we wanted to route the pump and alarm wiring and lopped off the 3 inch PVC conduit that was installed to the correct height for the boxes. Brandon jumped on one of the skid steers and brought some gravel around to the pump pit. While Leroy and I spread the gravel and hooked up the pump and alarm, Brandon started grading around one side of the building to smooth out the cliff we created during the original excavation and pad pour.
By then the electrician had finished up installing the grounding rods, outside meter box and the inside breaker panel. The wiring inside the box is neat and well labeled. We applied temporary power to the panel in order to test the lights and pump/alarm operation. Everything worked quite well.
